Your Journey in Three Simple Steps

Our weight loss program is designed to provide personalized support, expert guidance, and gradual, sustainable progress. Here’s what your journey will look like:

  • What to Expect:

    Meet with our RN Intake Coordinator for an initial assessment to discuss your health history, weight loss goals, and expectations. Your intake will be submitted to our Medical Director for review and approval.

  • Scheduled 1-2 weeks after consultation

    What to Expect:
    Once approved, your medication will be sent to Urban You for a hands-on administration session with an RN. During this appointment:

    • Your nurse will review dosing, administration techniques, and guidance tailored to your needs.

    • You'll receive your medication to take home, along with prepackaged syringes and alcohol swabs for easy use.

  • Scheduled 2-4 weeks after Medication Administration

    What to Expect:
    A nurse check-in to address any questions, assess your progress, and provide additional guidance if needed. After this appointment, future medications will be delivered directly to your door for convenience.

  • To be eligible, you must have:

    A BMI of 30 or higher (obese) OR BMI of 27 or higher with at least one weight-related health condition (such as high blood pressure or sleep apnea).

    This program is not recommended for individuals with a history of medullary thyroid carcinoma (MTC), multiple endocrine neoplasia type 2 (MEN 2), unmanaged thyroid disease, pancreatitis, diabetes, or severe OCD/suicidal ideation.
