Non-Refundable Items or Services

All items or services purchased from Urban You, LLC, are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing by Urban You, LLC. This policy applies to packages, gift cards, medical-grade skin care products, retail products, memberships, weight loss programs, injector fees, modeling fees, sale specials, and regular or sale-priced items.

Exceptions to the No Refund Policy  

The only exceptions to our No Refund Policy include:

  • Defective or Damaged Items: Items received in a defective or damaged condition must be reported within 5 days of receipt. A replacement may be provided at the discretion of Urban You, LLC.

  • Wrong Item Sent: If you receive an item different from what you ordered, please notify our Customer Service within 5 days for a possible refund or exchange.

  • Expired Products: If you receive a product that is expired, please report it to Customer Service within 5 days for a potential refund or replacement.
