Take My Face Off with Amanda McIntosh
A Versatile Makeup Removing Tool
Amanda McIntosh of Take My Face Off has always been passionate about skincare. However, she grew tired of using a standard washcloth to clean her face every day. So she decided to dig into her curiosity and learn more about facial cleansing. After extensive research and searching for the perfect fabrics, the Mitty was born! These are ultra soft and effective at removing even the toughest makeup. Mittys have quickly become a popular choice for people who want an easy and convenient way to clean their face. Thanks to Amanda's passion and curiosity, we now have a better way to clean our faces!
Amanda wanted something better than over absorbant cotton to clean her face and environmentally friendly too. One thing that really motivated Amanda to make a product that no one else was was the way other products weren’t actually cleaning the skin. Other makeup removing mitts and cloths can trap bacteria, or the manufacturer encourages users to reuse without washing. This drove Amanda to create a product that was not only effective at removing makeup but also safe for the environment and gentle on the skin.
“Whatever you use a fabric for - we are probably better!”
