He is a twenty-one-year veteran of the luxury cosmetic, skincare, and spa industry. Joshua began his career as a makeup artist in 1999 which quickly led to numerous promotions over the course of several years. Having skillfully managed sales and marketing plans for brands like Laura Mercier, Giorgio Armani Beauty, and Jurlique, he added training and education to his repertoire by becoming the Vice President of Sales and Education of aromatherapy brand 21 Drops in 2014.
Since the debut of Little Barn Apothecary in January 2015, the brand has seen a significant increase in business and distribution, which he credits not only to LBA's beautiful portfolio of products but also to the incredible talent and passion behind it. “LBA is not just a product or a brand.
