The Urban You Modern Wellness & Beauty Bar has earned recognition as the Michigan Business and Professional Association’s “West Michigan’s Best and Brightest Companies to Work For®” award in Metro Detroit. The Urban You prioritizes patient advocacy and creating a work environment that empowers all team members, and we’re grateful to have received this title along with that of the “Best and Brightest Companies to Work For®” West Michigan division! While hundreds of companies throughout Metro Detroit compete, only those that have the best practices in human resources and general company wide camaraderie are given this honor.

Since our opening in 2017, The Urban You has expanded across Michigan. In just 6 years, we’ve gone from one main location to four, one of which is a Waxology partnership in Rockford, MI. Our teams are highly skilled in customer service, branding, and providing our top-tier medical spa services, as well as empathy and empowerment, to our guests. We realize that without the dedication and passion of our team members, we wouldn’t be where we are today.
One of the core values at Urban You is helping our teams improve their talents. We always make time for creating learning environments for each area of our business in our UY Academy. We have a mentor process for our new employees to allow for growth in the skills needed to perform Urban You services. This can be in the form of fillers, Botox, CoolSculpting, or Acne Bootcamp.
