GRAND RAPIDS, March 18, 2024 – The Urban You Medical Spa is hiring new Health Care Professionals (HCP’s) at our Grand Rapids and Northville locations. We are looking for experienced and enthusiastic nurses to join our expert injection team – men and women of all backgrounds are encouraged to apply! We’re in search of all Health Care Professionals that are humble, hungry for success, and thrive in the hustle of a booming industry. We want to add to our team of Michigan’s top Health Care Providers, the best of the best!
As we continue to expand our practices alongside the everchanging medical spa industry, we need a dedicated team that will grow with us. The role of our providers is to follow the brand-driven customer service training and injector training to provide a unique and memorable experience to each and every client.
The Urban You is a diverse, female-lead medical spa that has prioritized accessibility, value, and wellness for our guests & members since opening in 2017. CEO Nicole Gregory founded Urban You out of necessity after having difficulty finding one location that offered all essential beauty services: facials, brows, lashes, and aesthetic injections. The medical spa industry has skyrocketed in profit and popularity since, with a market value comparison of $3.97B in 2017 to $20.1B in 2023, according to the American MedSpa Association.
We’re looking for compassionate nurses & nurse practitioners to represent the Urban You, make clients feel welcomed when they walk through the front door, and help them feel their most confident when they leave. All applicants must have at least an RN degree, experience in delivering cosmetic injectable treatments, and an up-to-date Michigan license. The hiring process will consist of 4 rounds: resume intake, in-person interviews, practicals, and training. As Michigan’s #1 medical spa, our training both internally and from our partnerships are setting the standard for the modern injector. Resume intake will take place from April 1st-12th, 2024
