The Dailey Barre + Facial Fitness virtual event will start with 30 minutes of a Dailey Method barre class led by Tracey. This class is a low impact, full-body workout suitable for all fitness levels. Immediately following the barre class, Urban You's Medical Aesthetician, Kelsey will demonstrate how to perform facial fitness at home. Facial fitness tones and tightens the muscles in the face, promoting lymphatic circulation, decreasing inflammation, and improving skin texture and tone.
